Phil Daly

Obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Victoria University and his Graduate Diploma in Teaching from Dunedin College of Education.

With a strong interest in vocal performance, Phil studied under Judy Bellingham, has been a member of the National Youth Choir and has conducted both the Southern Youth Choir and Wellington Youth Choir. He is currently a pool member for TOWER Voices New Zealand.

Phil is also a keen trumpeter, having played with the Wellington Chamber Orchestra and the Salvation Army National Youth Band. He performed trumpet on the "It's a Wrap" big band 2008 Christmas album which went double platinum.

In 2012, Phil Daly will coach trumpet students, play lead trumpet in the Aspire Big Band and help lead the Aspire Academy Band.
